Asked Questions

  • Start by booking a 10 minute design consultation with us! We’ll discuss your vision for your perfect piece: length, style, clasp, colorway… the list goes on! Then, our Fine Jewelry Designers will craft your dream piece of jewelry.

  • We ask for a deposit of $250 for a custom designed jewelry piece but beyond that, we will do our best to help you navigate your budget!

  • Custom orders take between 6-8 weeks. If you need your order a little sooner, we can occasionally squeeze in a rush order. This will incur an additional fee.

  • Absolutely! We’ll have to create a custom product for you to checkout with through Afterpay, but we won’t let anything get in the way of uniting you with your perfect piece of jewelry!
